What Happens in an Embodied Presence Session?
The primary intent of Live Awake Mentoring is to help you awaken to your true nature and embody the peace, freedom and fulfillment of this realization in your daily life. The most direct first step toward this awakening is to experience the knowing of who and what you truly are—beyond all thoughts and beliefs.
Embodied Presence offers a safe and effective way to taste this firsthand. In a 90-minute guided session, you’ll gently experience what it’s like to rest in your essence—free from the noise of the mind—using only the powers of your own attention and awareness. This matters because authentic awakening and liberation is not something anyone else can give you, or take away. It's a recognition that arises from within: knowing for yourself the truth of what is, and what you already are.
